Parking Information Prior to September 28
*Please follow the link above if you are coming in town before official practice day. You will have to pay for visitor parking in order to park by the practice range on campus. The parking lot closest to the practice range is 100d. Parking will be free starting September 28 in the new parking lot at the Recsports Penberthy Sports Complex (parking lot closest to the tournament site).*

Wednesday, September 28 - 12pm to 5pm Official Practice
12:30pm to 5pm Check-in (No on-site registrations)
1pm to 5pm Equipment Inspection
Thursday, September 29 - 7:30am Warm-up/Practice - All competitors
8:15am Opening Ceremony
8:30am 2x70m (72arrows) all competitors
12:00pm Bbq lunch (approx. 1 hour)
1:00pm 2x70m (72arrows) all competitors
Friday, September 30 - 7:30am Warm-up/Practice Top 16 RM and RW
8:00am Scoring First Set - 4 Matches
*Break Immediately following (45 minutes total will start immediately after the last arrow is scored)
Approx. 11:30am 2 practice/warm-up ends
Scoring Second Set - 4 Matches
Saturday, October 1 -
7:30am Warm-up/Practice Top 16 RM and RW
8:00am Scoring First Set - 3 Matches
*Break Immediately following (45 minutes total will start immediately after the last arrow is scored)
Approx. 11:30am 2 practice/warm-up ends
Scoring Second Set - 4 Matches

***A "Texas Style Barbeque" lunch will be provided for the archers on Thursday, September 29. A limited amount of additional lunch tickets will be available ($10 each) at the time of check-in on Wednesday, September 28 and the morning of Thursday, September 29. There will also be a concession stand on site with beverages and snack foods***
