Invitational Archery Tournament

WHEN: November 6-8,

WHAT: A double FITA I (60
arrows at 18 meters on a 40 centimeter face) at two separate times for adults
and youths shooting the adult round. JOADs will shoot a single FITA I (60
arrows at 18 meters on a 60 centimeter face) on Saturday. JOAD compounds will
use a 40 cm. face. All compounds except JOAD division will use inner ten ring
scoring.
WHERE: The 2009 Aggie Invitational will be
held in the Student Recreation Center on the Texas A&M
campus. The archery room is located on the second floor. The Student Rec.
Center is located on Olsen Rd. next to the baseball field and across Wellborn
Rd. from the football field.

TIMES:
JOAD line - Saturday at 1 p.m.
All other
divisions: (Choose two of the following) Friday
COST: $30 for the double
FITA I portion ; $20 for the JOAD single FITA

DEADLINE:
October 31st at 10 p.m. Entries will be accepted on a space available basis
after the deadline with a $5 late fee. Space on each line is limited to the
first 56 people to sign up for each time so get your entry in early to be
guaranteed a time slot. You may email a request to have a space held. Space
will be held for one week. If payment is not received by then, the space will
be given to people on the waiting list if there is a waiting list at that

HOTEL:
Our host hotel is the Manor Inn (800) 231-4100 or (979) 764-9540 (35 rooms
reserved for Friday and Saturday nights) $69 for 1-4 people. Note: They do not
accept cancellations or changes after 11/4 without you getting charged for the
room. Cut-off date for the room
block is 10/6/09.

dress code will be enforced – white, navy or khaki shorts, skirts, or
pants, no blue jeans, shirt may be any color. No camo.
College teams and JOAD clubs can wear their club uniform.

only 1 year or less. All other
collegiate archers with more than 1 year experience must register in their
appropriate senior division.
